About Holly

I am a certified executive function/ADHD coach and speech language pathologist with over 25 years of experience in the public schools and various private clinic settings. I work collaboratively with individuals to discover what new routines, strategies and study habits work best for them. I believe in empowerment through increased self-awareness, self-advocacy and emotional coping skills.

I take pride in making connections with students and assessing their strengths and areas for growth. Together, students and their families work with me to create a plan for success using systematic strategies and consistent practice. Communication among the team is key, as well as helping students to learn how to advocate for their needs beyond my support.

We have worked with Holly for the past three years, and we absolutely adore her. She has built such a wonderful rapport with our daughter, Cate, and has supported her tremendously with organization, time management, homework, and overall executive functioning skills.

Over the years, Cate has made meaningful strides in her confidence and independence, and Holly has played such an important role in that growth. She is warm, kind, patient, and truly excellent at what she does. She has a gift for making the work feel approachable, and even fun. We feel so grateful to have had her support.  We cannot recommend Holly highly enough!

“THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!!! You have been an integral part of my daughter’s success. I have seen tremendous growth and maturity in her this year. I feel like she is finally beginning to get her confidence and find her place at school. She is so much better able to see the big picture and really think about what helps make her successful and what she wants and that is so encouraging.”

Sessions are typically provided online and in person. If you would like to work with me, here’s the process:

  • If the potential client has had previous evaluations, receives school-based services, etc., I will ask you to email me these records prior to our initial appointment for review.
  • During our first appointment I will meet with a client if older or parents/primary caregiver with or without potential client present to gather detailed background information. I will then provide you with recommendations and share how I would proceed therapeutically if we choose to work together.
  • After this initial consult, you can hire me hourly.

“Holly has been my biggest support in transitioning to college. Often when I am overwhelmed by school work, she takes time to focus on my well-being and other social factors that may affect my stress levels. She always remembers past challenges that I have worked on, which makes me feel known and heard. We work together to set more realistic goals based on the realities of my life. I feel more positive about scheduling and planning out my weeks as a result of Holly’s cheerful manner, creative tips and strategies.”
